Steve Basham

some steve stuff sometimes

My band The Girth released this EP in February, it kind of bookends our time as a band, includes a couple of the first songs we learnt together, and the last ones we wrote together.  Take a listen.

My second contribution to this ‘record an album a month club’ thing, where everyone involved records an album inside of a month and shares it with each other and whomever.  Just a lil’ group motivation to record more.  I was pretty busy with work and playing shows (and finding my old Sega Genesis at my parents house) so this one is on the short side, but kinda fun.

My friend started this ‘record an album a month’ project/club, kinda a loose arrangement, where anyone who cares to be involved records an album on their own inside of a month and shares the results, just a nice excuse to write and record and not think about it too much.  This is what I came up with in January.

A little late, but here is a cat I drew for Christmas.  He has a fish.

Music video for my band the Unbelievable Bargains.  We just released our first album recently, and went on a little tour.  I edited this video together from all the footage we shot on the road of us stopping for coffee and subsequently needing to uh…poo and pee.
